It is a must to see the fine old bridge in Mostar. The surroundings of the Old Town are fantastic to experience. Many restaurants but also a lot of tourists. Remember to bring comfortable shoes to walk in as the streets are cobbled.

Kravica Waterfall

The Kravica waterfall is a pearl of the Herzegovinian landscape, located on the Trebizat River, 7 km away from Ljubuski. It is a unique natural beauty built by the Trebizat River flowing through limestone terrains and depositing tufa.

Počitelj is a settlement and a historic village nearby the house. Its walled nucleus is protected National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina and an open-air museum. The settlement is situated on the left bank of the river Neretva, on the main road M17 (Mostar-Metković).

ZIP Line Fortica & The Giant swing

Experience the unforgettable adventure of descending the ZIP LINE total length of 1000 m (The maximum achieved speed is 90 km/h) with a beautiful view of city Mostar and its surroundings. They also offer children's ZIP LINE (50 m).

 

For those who are a bit cautious, there is a lovely giant swing to swing on. There is also a lookout bridge with a glass bottom. Restaurant with food and drinks.

A wonderful experience for a full day. There are several companies that organize these trips, but the easiest to choose may be Rafting Konjic, which starts from Central Konjic.

The Mystical Bosnian Pyramids

Imagine a 220 meter high Pyramid (Pyramid of the Sun) - 30,000 years old! Today covered with greenery - but excavations are taking place to bring out the sides - which are made of a kind of concrete - which is stronger than the materials used today!!! Visit the tunnels that lead into the interior of the pyramid. An incredibly interesting experience. Lots of tourists during the summer. The successful tennis player Novak Djokovic visits the pyramids several times a year to use the “miraculous energy” at this controversial site in Visoko has attracted many believers, including the tennis great.

National Bird Reserve Hutovo Blato is a nature reserve only 40 minutes from the house by car. Hutovo Blato was declared a nature park in 1995. Because of its outstanding beauty and importance.

Herceg Stjepan Fortres

From the balcony on the highest floor in Villa Harmoni you see the Herceg Stjepan Fortres. If you want to vist, take the car to the center of Blagaj, follow the signs and hike up to the fort to see the magnificent view. After the 10th century, Blagaj played an important role in the development of Hum or Zahumlje. A major influence on its development was the proximity of a major route linking the Adriatic sea

Radimlja - necropolis of stećak tombstones

This tombstones in Radimlje is the most famous site of stećak tombstones, medieval tombstones, in Herzegovina. It is located 3 kilometers west of Stolac, along the road Stolac only 25 minutes from the house. The trademark or recognition of this necropolis is a male figure with a raised hand and a relatively large fist and fingers, which seems to tell the traveler that in this hard and rugged Herzegovinian region he will come across hospitable and friendly people.
